          The CXLE8838 is a high-efficiency buck  constant-current LED driver,
designed for driving single or multiple series connected LED efficiently. The
device operates from an input supply between 0V and 5.5V and provides an

 externally adjustable output current of up to 700mA. Depending upon the
supply voltage and external components, the CXLE8838 can drive 3 watts of LED.
         The CXLE8838 includes the power switch which operating frequency up to 1.4MHz.

         The CXLE8838 package.is available in SOT-23-5L
