CXSU6375是一款用于电池应用的升压开关调节器控制器IC。CXSU6375包括用于驱动NPN晶体管或N-MOS的图腾柱输出级，用于比较反馈放大器输出电压的高精度基准（0.5V）、精密最大占空比控制、具有短路保护功能的可编程软启动和操作和待机模式之间的操作模式控制。

  The CXSU6375 is a boost switching regulator controller IC for battery-used applications. The CXSU6375 includes a totem-pole output stage for driving NPN transistor or N-MOS, high precision reference (0.5V) for comparing output voltage by feedback amplifier, precision maximum duty cycle control, programmable soft start with short circuit protection function and operating mode control between operation and standby mode
