CXAS42282是集成的双通道87mΩ（CXAS42282X1、CXAS42282X2）和72mΩ（CXAS42282x3、CXAS42282x4）电源开关，用于自供电和总线供电的通用串行总线（USB）应用。有几种保护功能，包括带折叠的限流和热关机，以防止在连续重负载或短路发生时，由于增加功耗而导致灾难性开关故障。内置电荷泵用于驱动无寄生体二极管的N沟道MOSFET，以消除开关断电时的反向电流。OC是开路漏极输出报告过流或过温事件，具有典型的9ms脱胶超时时间。

The CXAS42282 are integrated dual channel 87mΩ (CXAS42282X1, CXAS42282X2) and 72mΩ (CXAS42282x3, CXAS42282x4) power switchs for self-powered and bus-powered Universal Serial Bus (USB) applications. Several Protection features include current limiting with foldback, and thermal shutdown to prevent catastrophic switch failure caused by increasing power dissipation when continuous heavy loads or short circuit occurs. And a built-in charge pump is used to drive the N-channel MOSFET that is free of parasitic body diode to eliminate any reversed current flow across the switch when it is powered off. OC is open-drain output report over-current or over-temperature event and has typical 9ms deglitch timeout period.
