         CXSD62262A是一款双通道同步降压型DC-DC变换器，可以提供高达5A的负载电流，具有很好的线性调整率和负载调整率。CXSD62262A可以在8V～36V宽输入电压范围内稳定工作，具有恒流或者恒压两种工作模式。CXSD62262A双路输出具有独立的可编程限流阈值，通过调节外部分压电阻实现可编程的输出电压线补偿。当COMP电压低于0.14V时，芯片进入关断模式。CXSD62262A具有次级逐周期峰值电流限制、过温保护和短路保护机制，内部软启动功能有效抑制浪涌电流和输出电压过冲。CXSD62262A采用SOP-8(EP)封装。The CXSD62262A is a dual-channel synchronous step-down converter capable of driving 5A continuous load with excellent line and load regulation. The CXSD62262A operates in either CC (Constant Current) mode or CV (Constant Voltage) mode with an input voltage range from 8V to 36V. The CXSD62262 can be configured as single output or dual outputs with independent programmable CC threshold for current limitation. The CXSD62262 provides programmable cable compensation by adjusting external resistor divider. External shutdown function can be controlled by pulling COMP pin to a level below 0.14V. Fault protection includes secondary cycle-by-cycle current limit, short circuit protection and thermal shutdown. Internal soft-start minimizes the inrush supply current and the output overshoot at initial startup. The CXSD62262 is available in SOP-8 (EP) package.
