CXSD62268是一款应用于电池供电的便携式设备的同步降压DC/DC。2.5V到5.5V的输入电压范围使CXSD62268适合工作在一节锂电池或三节的镍氢电池/镍铬电池的便携式设备。该芯片也可工作于标准的3.3V或5V电压。CXSD62268工作在2.25MHz的固定开关频率下，允许应用小的电感和电容以节省面积。内部同步开关管提升效率并无需外部肖特基二极管。CXSD62268内部集成了软启动功能，避免了电流启动过程中电流的过充。CXSD62268具有可供选择的force PWM和PFM/PWM模式。force PWM模式的纹波噪声小，而PFM模式具有轻载高效的优势。CXSD62268采用TDFN-6封装，并能提供高达1A的输出电流。The CXSD62268 is synchronous step-down DC-DC converters optimized for battery powered portable applications. The 2.7V to 5.5V input voltage range makes CXSD62268 ideal for powering portable equipment that runs from 1-cell Li-Ion or 3-cell NiMH/NiCD batteries. The device is also suitable to operate from a standard 3.3V or 5V voltage rail. The CXSD62268 operates at 2.25MHz fixed switching frequency allowing the use of small inductors and capacitors to achieve a small solution size. The internal synchronous switch increases efficiency and eliminates the need for an external schottky diode. The CXSD62268 has internal soft start and avoids inrush current during startup. The CXSD62268 has a user selectable mode of forced PWM and PFM/PWM mode. The forced PWM mode operation provides the lowest ripple noise and the PFM mode operation provides high efficiency at light loads. The CXSD62268is available in SOT23-5 and TDFN-6 package. For TDFN-6 package, it provides up to 1A output current.
