CXSD62269/B是一款采用固定频率，电流模，PWM架构的降压型变换器。该芯片集成了主开关管和同步管以提高效率。2.5V到5.5V的输入电压范围使得CXSD62269/B适用于采用单节锂离子电池或3节NiMH/NiCd电池的便携系统。输出电压可低至0.6V。CXSD62269/B可提供1A的输出电流，并可提供100%占空比的低压降运行，延长了电池在便携系统中的寿命。开关频率在内部被设定为1.5MHz，因此可使用小型表面贴装电感器和电容器。内置同步管提高了效率且不需要外接肖特基二极管。CXSD62269/B有可调版本和1.2V、1.8V和3.3V固定输出版本。The CXSD62269/B is a constant frequency, current mode, PWM step-down converter. The device integrates a main switch and a synchronous rectifier for high efficiency. The 2.5V to 5.5V input voltage range makes the CXSD62269/B ideal for powering portable equipment that runs from a single cell Lithium-Ion (Li+) battery or 3-cell NiMH/ NiCd batteries. The output voltage can be regulated as low as 0.6V. The CXSD62269/B supports up to 1A load current and can also run at 100% duty cycle for low dropout applications, extending battery life in portable systems. Switching frequency is internally set at 1.5MHz, allowing the use of small surface mount inductors and capacitors. The internal synchronous switch increases efficiency while eliminates the need for an external Schottky diode. The CXSD62269/B is available in an adjustable output or fixed output 1.2V ,1.8V and 3.3V.
