    CXSD62278是一款1MHz固定频率、电流模、同步降压型直流-直流转换器，能够提供高达2A的输出电流。其输入电压范围为2.7V到5.5V，提供0.8V到5V可调输出电压。同步开关内部集成提高了转换效率，不需要外接肖特基二极管。PWM模式使得输出电压纹波非常低，适于噪声敏感应用。CXSD62278的短路保护和过温保护功能提高了系统的可靠性。软启动外部可调，避免上电过程产生浪涌电流。芯片采用SOP-8封装。The CXSD62278 is a 1 MHz fixed frequency synchronous, current-mode, step-down dc-dc converter capable of providing up to 2A output current. The CXSD62278 operates from an input range of 2.7V to 5.5V and provides a regulated output voltage from 0.8V to 5V. The internal synchronous power switch improves efficiency and eliminates the need for an external Schottky diode. Forced PWM operation provides very low output ripple voltage for noise sensitive applications. The CXSD62278 features short circuit and thermal protection circuits to improve system reliability. Externally adjustable soft-start avoids input inrush current during startup. The CXSD62278is available in SOP-8 package.
