     CXSD62292是一款采用电流模脉宽调制架构的降压型DC-DC变换器，可以提供高达5A的负载电流，具有很好的线性调整率和负载调整率。CXSD62292可以在5.5V～30V宽输入电压范围内稳定工作，通过外部分压电阻调节实现1.222～26V的输出电压。CXSD62292具有周期性的峰值电流限制和过温等保护机制，以确保芯片工作的安全性。芯片在关断模式下的静态电流可低至3μA。具有内部软启动功能可以很好的抑制浪涌电流和输出电压的过冲。CXSD62292以通过少数量的标准外围器件实现变换器功能，有效的节省了应用空间。The CXSD62292 is current mode, step-down switching regulator capable of driving 5A continuous load with excellent line and load regulation. The CXSD62292 operates with an input voltage range from 4.75V to 30V and the output voltage is externally set from 1.222V to 26V with a resistor divider. Fault condition protection includes cycle-by-cycle current limit and thermal shutdown. In shutdown mode the regulator draws 3μA of supply current. Internal soft-start minimizes the inrush supply current and the output overshoot at initial startup. The CXSD62292 require a minimum number of external components.
