     CXSD62293是一款自适应导通时间、谷值电流模、同步降压型DC-DC转换器，可提供高达6A的负载电流。CXSD62293可以在输入电压3.3V～5.5V的范围内提供0.6V～2V的可调节输出电压。芯片内部集成同步开关管，提高转换效率，并且不需要外接肖特基二极管。CXSD62293可设置为三种不同的开关频率，并可外强制为PWM连续模式或脉冲跳跃模式。CXSD62293集成内部软启动、输出软放电、电源正常指示、外部使能和开关自举功能，同时支持输出电压下降模式和外部跟踪模式。短路保护和过温保护机制提高系统的可靠性。通过外设MODE引脚可以选择工作模式及频率。CXSD62293采用裸露底盘TQFN-20封装。The CXSD62293 is a synchronous, step-down dc-dc converter capable of providing up to 6A output current employing adaptive on-time valley-current mode. The CXSD62293 operates from an input voltage range of 3.3V to 5.5V and provides a regulated output voltage from 0.6V to 2V. The internal synchronous power switch increases efficiency and eliminates the need for an external Schottky diode. The ECXSD62293features three switching frequency setting. It can be externally set for forced PWM continuous mode or pulse skipping mode. The ECXSD62293integrates internal soft-start function, droop support, external tracking support, output soft discharge, integrated bootstrap switch, power good function, and enable function. CXSD62293features short circuit and thermal protection circuits to increase system reliability. Externally MODE pin allows for frequency and operation mode choice. The CXSD62293is available in a low profile 20pin 4mmx4mm TQFN package with the exposed pad.
