CXSU63205是一个恒定频率、6针SOT33电流模式升压转换器
适用于小功率应用。CXSU63205以1.2兆赫的频率切换，并允许

      The CXSU63205 is a constant frequency, 6-pin SOT23 current mode step-up converter 

intended for small,low power applications. The CXSU63205 switches at 1.2MHz and allows

 the use of tiny, low cost capacitors and inductors 2mm or less in height.Internal soft-start

 results in small inrush current and extends battery life.The CXSU63205 features automatic 

shifting to pulse frequency modulation mode at light loads. The CXSU63205 includes 

under-voltage lockout, current limiting, and thermal overload protection to prevent

damage in the event of an output overload. The CXSU63205 is available in a small 6-pin 

SOT-23-6 package.

    CXSU63205是一款固定频率，内部的软启动有很小脉冲电流可延长电池寿命。CXSU63205
