CXDC65100 CXDC65100A CXDC65100B设计用于监测μP和数字系统中的电压供应。静态电流极低，通常为1.5μA，是便携式电池驱动设备的理想选择。CXDC65100/A/B通过监测系统电源电压来工作。当输入电压降到固定阈值以下时，在Vcc上升到固定阈值以上后，设备在固定时间段内断言复位信号。CXDC65100/A/B系列有三个输出级版本：CXDC65100推挽有源低输出、CXDC65100A推挽有源高输出和CXDC65100B开漏有源低输出。它们也被设计用来抑制Vcc上的快速线路瞬态故障。CXDC65100/A/Bare采用小型SOT-23、SOT-23-5和SOT-89封装

The CXDC65100/A/B are designed to monitor voltage supplies in μP and digital systems. The quiescent current is extremely low, typically 1.5 μA, making it ideal for portable battery operated equipment. The CXDC65100/A/B operate by monitoring the system power supply voltage. When the input voltage drops below a fixed threshold, the device asserts a reset signal for a fixed time period after Vcc rises above the fixed threshold. The CXDC65100/A/Bseries is available with three output stage versions :CXDC65100 push-pull active low output, CXDC65100A  push-pull active high output and CXDC65100B open drain active low output. They are also designed to reject fast line transient glitches on Vcc. The CXDC65100/A/Bare come in a miniature SOT-23, SOT-23-5, SOT-89 packages.
