一.产品概述
CXSD6220是一款非常通用的工作电压达18V,输出电流达3A,能量转换效率达95%的高压同步降压转换器。脚位和外围应用与通用的MPS1482完全相同。同时在MPS1482的基础上,增加了轻载高效功能,和输入OVP,使得CXSD6220待机功耗从10mA量级降到了1mA,同时可以耐受高达30V的高压脉冲。CXSD6220采用ESOP8封装
The CXSD6220 is a wide input range, high-efficiency, DC-to-DC step-down switching regulator, capable of delivering up to 3A of output current. Current mode PWM control allows the use of small external components, such as ceramic input and output caps, as well as small inductors, while still providing low output ripples. On top of the integrated internal synchronous rectifier that eliminates external Schottky diode, CXSD6220 also employs a proprietary control scheme that switches the device into a power save mode during light load, thereby extending the range of high efficiency operation. Therefore, CXSD6220 is a much superior solution in comparison to other competitions in terms of efficiency and cost. Overall, CXSD6220 is a highly efficient and robust solution for DC-DC step-down applications that requires wide input ranges. CXSD6220s available ESOP8 Packages
