The CXES4284 is a small, ultra-low RON dual load switchh with conttrolled turn on.
It conntains two N-chaannel MOSFETs that cann operate oveer an input voltagge range
of 00.8V to 5.5V and supportt maximum continnuous currennt up to 6A eeach. Each looad
switch is coontrolled by an on/off input (ON), which is capabble of interrfacing direectly
with loow-voltage controol signals.Additional featurees include a 250Ω on-chip load
resisttor for outpuut quick disccharge whenn switch is turnedd off, in ordeer to avoid
inrush currennt, the rise time is adjustable by an exteernal ceramic capacitor on thee CTx pin.
The CXES4284 is available in an ultra-smmall, space .saving 3mmx2mm 14-pin DFN
package with thermal pad.
