CXSD62276是一款应用于电池供电便携设备中的同步降压型DC-DC变换器。2.7V～5.5V的输入电压范围使得CXSD62276成为单节锂（离子）电池、三节镍氢电池或三节镍镉电池供电应用的理想选择.CXSD62276工作在2.25MHz固定开关频率，允许使用小型化电感与电容，节省面积。片内集成的同步开关提高了转换效率，不需要外部肖特基二极管。CXSD62276内置软启动功能，避免了启动过程中的浪涌电流。用户可选择强制PWM或者PFM/PWM模式工作：强制PWM模式提供极低的输出电压纹波，而PFM模式用于在轻负载时提高效率。CXSD62276选用TDFN-6封装，输出电流高达1.5A。The CXSD62276 is synchronous step-down DC-DC converters optimized for battery powered portable applications. The 2.7V to 5.5V input voltage range makes CXSD62276 ideal for powering portable equipment that runs from 1-cell Li-Ion or 3-cell NiMH/NiCD batteries. The device is also suitable to operate from a standard 3.3V or 5V voltage rail. The CXSD62276 operates at 2.25MHz fixed switching frequency allowing the use of small inductors and capacitors to achieve a small solution size. The internal synchronous switch increases efficiency and eliminates the need for an external schottky diode. The CXSD62276 has internal soft start and avoids inrush current during startup. The CXSD62276 has a user selectable mode of forced PWM and PFM/PWM mode. The forced PWM mode operation provides the lowest ripple noise and the PFM mode operation provides high efficiency at light loads. The CXSD62276is available in TDFN-6 package and it provides up to 1.5A output current.
