        CXSD62277是一款采用电流模脉宽调制架构的降压型DC-DC变换器，可以提供高达1.5A的负载电流，具有很好的线性调整率和负载调整率。CXSD62277可以在4.75V～40V宽输入电压范围内稳定工作，通过外部分压电阻调节实现0.92～15V的输出电压。输出电流阈值通过外部电阻来设定，当输出电流达到设定的阈值时，CXSD62277进入恒流工作模式。输出过压阈值通过外部分压电阻来设定，当输出电压达到设定的阈值时，CXSD62277停止工作。CXSD62277具有次级周期性的峰值电流限制和过温等保护机制，以确保芯片工作的安全性。芯片在关断模式下的静态电流可低至3μA。 具有内部软启动功能可以很好的抑制浪涌电流和输出电压的过冲。CXSD62277以通过少数量的标准外围器件实现变换器功能，有效的节省了应用空间。CXSD62277采用SOP-8(EP)封装，工作温度范围为-40℃到+85℃。The CXSD62277 is current mode, step-down switching regulator capable of driving 1.5A continuous load with excellent line and load regulation. The CXSD62277 operates with an input voltage range from 4.75V to 40V and the output voltage is externally set from 0.92V to 15V with a resistor divider. The output current threshold is programmed by an external resistor. The CXSD62277 enters into the CC (constant current) mode when output reaches over current threshold. The OV (over voltage) threshold is programmed by an external resistor divider. The CXSD62277stops switching when output reaches over voltage threshold. Fault condition protection includes secondary cycle-by-cycle current limit and thermal shutdown. In shutdown mode the regulator draws 3μA of supply current. Internal soft-start minimizes the inrush supply current and the output overshoot at initial startup. The CXSD62277require a minimum number of external components.
