CXAS42264是一个120mΩ电源开关，用于自供电和总线供电的通用串行总线（USB）应用程序。包括一些保护功能，如带折叠的限流和热关机，以防止在连续重负载或短路发生时，由于增加功耗而导致灾难性开关故障。内置电荷泵用于驱动N沟道MOSFET，使其不受寄生体二极管的影响，从而在开关断电时消除通过开关的反向电流。当电源开关关闭时，CXAS42264具有关闭放电功能。用户可以通过在OUT引脚和DSG引脚之间增加一个外部电阻来实现关机放电功能。它的低静态供电电流和小封装SOT-23-5和ADFN1.5X1.5-6特别适用于PDA、手机等电池供电设备。

The CXAS42264 is an 120mΩ power switch for self-powered and bus-powered Universal Serial Bus (USB) applications. Several Protection features such as current limiting with foldback, and thermal shutdown are included to prevent catastrophic switch failure caused by increasing power dissipation when continuous heavy loads or short circuit occurs. A built-in charge pump is used to drive the N-channel MOSFET that makes it free of parasitic body diode to eliminate any reversed current flow across the switch when it is powered off. The CXAS42264 has a shutdown discharge function when power switch is turned off. User could realize the shutdown discharge function by adding an external resistor between OUT PIN and DSG PIN. Its low quiescent supply current and small package SOT-23-5 and ADFN1.5X1.5-6 is particularly suitable in battery-powered equipment, like PDA, mobile phone.
