CXAS42265是一款集成电源开关，用于自供电和总线供电的通用串行总线（USB）应用。一些保护功能包括限流和热关机，以防止在连续重负载或短路发生时，由于增加功耗而导致灾难性开关故障。内置电荷泵用于驱动无寄生体二极管的N沟道MOSFET，以消除开关断电时的反向电流。当输出电压高于输入电压时，由内部输出反向电压比较器切断电源开关。OC是开路漏极输出报告过流或过温事件，具有典型的9ms脱胶超时时间。此外，OC还报告输出反向电压情况，典型的5ms脱胶超时时间。

The CXAS42265 is an integrated power switch for self-powered and bus-powered Universal Serial Bus (USB) applications. Several Protection features include current limiting and thermal shutdown to prevent catastrophic switch failure caused by increasing power dissipation when continuous heavy loads or short circuit occurs. A built-in charge pump is used to drive the N-channel MOSFET that is free of parasitic body diode to eliminate any reversed current flow across the switch when it is powered off. When the output voltage is higher than input voltage, the power switch is turned off by internal output reverse-voltage comparator. OC is open-drain output report over-current or over-temperature event and has typical 9ms deglitch timeout period. In addition, OC also reports output reverse-voltage condition with typical 5ms deglitch timeout period.
