      CXSD62272包含两路独立的1.5MHz固定频率、电流模、PWM降压型变换器。每一路均集成了主开关管和同步管以提高效率而无需外接肖特基二极管。CXSD62272适用于采用单节锂离子电池或3节NiMH/NiCd电池的便携系统。每一路可在2.5V到5.5V的输入电压范围下提供1A的输出电流。输出电压可低至0.6V。CXSD62272可提供100%占空比的低压降运行。The CXSD62272 contains two independent 1.5MHz constant frequency, current mode, PWM step-down converters. Each converter integrates a main switch and a synchronous rectifier for high efficiency without an external Schottky diode. The CXSD62272 is ideal for powering portable equipment that runs from a single cell Lithium-Ion (Li+) battery. Each converter can supply 1A of load current from a 2.5V to 5.5V input voltage. The output voltage can be regulated as low as 0.6V. The CXSD62272 can also run at 100% duty cycle for low dropout applications. CXSD62272 is available in an adjustable output or fixed output 1.2V, 1.8V and 3.3V.
