     CXSD62273是一款同步降压型DC-DC变换器，它可以提供两个通道独立输出。2.7V~5.5V的输入电压范围使得CXSD62273适用于智能手机，PDA以及其他便携设备应用。CXSD62273开关频率高达2.25MHz，允许使用小型化电感与电容。典型情况下每个通道支持高达1A输出电流。片内集成的同步开关提高了转换效率，不需要外部肖特基二极管。用户可选择强制PWM或者PFM/PWM模式工作：强制PWM模式提供极低的输出电压纹波，而PFM模式用于在轻负载时提高效率。CXSD62273内部软启动电路避免了浪涌电流。关断时，内部电阻可以对输出放电。The CXSD62273 is synchronous dual step-down DC-DC converters optimized for battery powered portable applications. It provides two independent output voltage rails powered by 1-cell Li-Ion or 3-cell NiMH/NiCD batteries. The device is also suitable to operate from a standard 3.3V or 5V voltage rail. With an input voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V, the CXSD62273 is ideal to power portable applications like smart phones, PDAs and other portable equipment. The CXSD62273operates at 2.25MHz fixed switching frequency allowing the use of small inductors and capacitors to achieve a small solution size. Each output supports up to 1A load current, typical. The internal synchronous switch increases efficiency and eliminates the need for an external schottky diode. The CXSD62273has a user selectable mode of forced PWM and PFM/PWM mode. The forced PWM mode operation provides the lowest ripple noise and the PFM mode operation provides high efficiency at light loads. The CXSD62273has internal soft start and avoids inrush current during startup. When shutdown, internal resistor discharges the output capacitor.
