The CXLB7387X series are highly integrated single celliH9嘉泰姆

Li-Ion/Polymer battery charger IC designed for handheldiH9嘉泰姆

devices. The CXLB7387X integrates internal power FET,iH9嘉泰姆

current sensor, charge status and reverse current protectioniH9嘉泰姆

in a single monolithic devices.When AC-adapter is applied,iH9嘉泰姆

an external resistor sets the magnitude of the chargeiH9嘉泰姆

current, which may be programmed up to 1A.iH9嘉泰姆

The CXLB7387X charges the battery in three phases:iH9嘉泰姆

conditioning, constant current, and constant voltage.iH9嘉泰姆

Charge is terminated based on minimum current. AniH9嘉泰姆

internal charge timer provides a backup safety for chargeiH9嘉泰姆

termination. The CXLB7387X automatically re-starts theiH9嘉泰姆

charge if the battery voltage falls below an internaliH9嘉泰姆

threshold. The CXLB7387X also automatically enters sleepiH9嘉泰姆

mode when DC supplies are removed. No external senseiH9嘉泰姆

resistor or blocking diode is required for charging.iH9嘉泰姆
