CXSD62302是一个同步降压DC/DC转换器提供宽4.5V至21V输入电压范围和2A连续负载电流能力。CXSD62302故障保护包括逐周电流限制、UVLO、输出过电压保护和热关机。可调软启动功能可防止启动时出现浪涌电流。此设备使用当前模式提供快速瞬态响应的控制方案。内部的
补偿功能减少外部补偿组件简化了设计过程。在关机模式下，电源电流小于1μA。

The CXSD62302 is a synchronous step -down DC/DC converter 

that provides wide 4.5V to 21V input voltage range and 2A 

continuous load current capability.The CXSD62302 fault protection

 includes cycle -by-cycle current limit, UVLO, output overvoltage

 protection and thermal shutdown. The adjustable soft-start function prevents inrush current at turn-on. This device uses current mode 

control scheme which provides fast transient response. nternal 

compensation function reduces external compensation components

 and simplifies the design process. In shutdown mode, the supply

 current is less than 1μA.The CXSD62302 is available in SOT-23-6 package

 and provides good thermal conductance.
