The CXSD62301 is a constant frequency, current mode PWM step-down converter.The device integrates a main switch and a synchronous rectifier

 for high efficiency without an external Schottky diode. It is ideal for 

powering portable equipment that runs from a single cell Lithium-Ion

 (Li+) battery. The output voltage can be regulated as low as 0.6V. 

The CXSD62301 can also run at 100% duty cycle for low dropout 

operation,extending battery life in portable system. This device offers 

two operation modes,PWM control and PFM Mode switching control, 

which allows a high efficiency over the wider range of the load.The 

CXSD62301 is offered in a low profile (1mm)5-pin, thin SOT package, 

and is available in an adjustable version and fixed output voltage of 

1.2V,1.5V, 1.8V,2.5V and 3.3V.固定频率、电流模式降压转换芯片。采用内部

同步开关，无需肖特基二极管就能提供高效的转换效率，可以调节输出电压最低0.6V，CXSD62301有PWM和PFM控制模式切换控制。封装形式：SOT23-5。
